Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. tum123 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in IDR. tum123 does not accept deposits from credit cards issued outside Indonesia or from payment methods registered in a third party's name.
Deposits made via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other major Indonesian banks are credited to your Balance within minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited instantly. tum123 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider's internal processing times.
Withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes during standard operating hours (00:00–23:59 WIB). Withdrawals to BCA and BRI accounts are typically the fastest. E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, and GoPay operate around the clock, including during national holidays and the Ramadhan period. Withdrawals may be delayed if your Account is undergoing KYC verification or if the requested amount triggers an internal compliance review.
For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals must be made to the same account or e-wallet used to make your most recent deposit, unless you have submitted and received approval for a payment method change request through the support team. tum123 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source if this requirement is not met.
tum123 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game eligibility, minimum odds, and expiry periods. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following defaults apply.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum of 10 times on eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 100%, slots contribute 100%, sportsbook bets contribute at a reduced rate specified in the promotion details, and certain games may be excluded entirely.
Bonuses that are not claimed within 7 days of being credited to your Account will expire automatically. tum123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and are actively being wagered. In any case where tum123's liability is established by a court of competent jurisdiction, tum123's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by tum123's licensing jurisdiction. The parties agree to submit any unresolved disputes to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body before initiating formal legal proceedings.
Nothing in this clause limits tum123's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information, or to enforce a judgment of an arbitral tribunal.
